1. Acceptance

By accessing or using CINOVIX ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

CINOVIX provides access to Cino Pro, an AI model that generates cinematic videos — including image generation, video synthesis, and audio processing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

  • Depicts or promotes illegal activity
  • Harasses, threatens, or defames any individual
  • Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
  • Contains sexually explicit material involving minors
  • Is used to deceive others (e.g., deepfakes without disclosure)
  • Violates the terms of any underlying AI provider (DashScope, OpenRouter)

We reserve the right to suspend access for violations without notice.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts and creative direction you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs through AI models to produce the requested output. Generated video output is yours to use, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.

5. AI-generated content

AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or inconsistent. We do not guarantee specific results. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or distributing it.

6. Service availability

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime and may suspend the Service for maintenance or any other reason. We are not liable for losses resulting from service unavailability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CINOVIX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or generated content.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
